Overview

The Library Project Manager will oversee project management, coordination, and implementation related to gene mutant libraries at Twist Bioscience, ensuring effective communication and project execution.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of library project communications.
• Coordinate library design input from customers.
• Prepare and distribute quotes for library projects.
• Maintain records of NDAs, quotes, and orders.
• Provide updates on project progress to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
• General knowledge of library fabrication workflows.
• Adhere to regulatory and ISO requirements.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
• Not an IT-related role.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of customer workflows.
• Ability to manage projects effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Hands-on laboratory experience is a bonus.
