Overview

The Tech Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Web3 technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.

• Own the delivery of Web3 technical projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, design, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 6 months of software development experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Results-oriented and resilient under pressure.
• Experience with globally distributed teams is a plus.
• Track record in managing notable on-chain projects is a plus.
