In Short

• Deliver concierge-level support to customers.
• Interact with sales staff and technical support specialists.
• Resolve product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Process sales purchase orders and validate information.
• Provide guidance on product selection and order status.
• Stay current on key account orders and provide updates.
• Generate sales quotes using Salesforce.
• Flexible work hours preferred to support different time zones.
• Comply with Quality Management System standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 1-2 years work experience in the biotech industry.
• 2+ years customer-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills, familiarity with G-Suite and Salesforce.
