5+ years of relevant experience in a NOC or telecommunications role.
Hands-on experience in SMS/MMS and Voice communication technologies.
Solid understanding of IP networking principles.
Excellent communication skills for technical issues.
Proficiency in English.
Desirable experience with data analysis tools and scripting languages.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), Customer Support, or Routing role.
Hands-on experience with SMS/MMS, Voice, and IP networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
ITIL Foundation certification and experience with data analysis tools are desired.
