Overview

Join the team as Twilio’s next Digital Sales Representative on the Twilio.org team, responsible for lead qualification and customer acquisition in the nonprofit sector.

In Short

  • Drive lead qualification and nurturing of Twilio.org’s customers.
  • Responsible for net new customer acquisition and driving new revenue.
  • Manage entire sales cycles and close new revenue for Twilio.org accounts.
  • Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Develop expertise in the social impact and nonprofit market.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales, marketing, and/or operations experience.
  • Understanding of the cloud computing/communications business model.
  • Deep personal interest in the social impact market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical solutions selling experience.
  • High adaptability in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Strong process-orientation and focus on improvements.
  • World-class organization and documentation skills.
