• Investigate and troubleshoot SMS/MMS, Voice, and Identity alerts.
• Manage service impacting incidents with international carriers.
• Analyze maintenance notifications from carriers.
• Implement small-scale projects to enhance documentation and workflows.
• Work in a remote-first environment.
• Communicate technical issues to diverse audiences.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Hands-on experience with communication technologies.
• Proficiency in English is necessary.
• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00 Colombia Time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a NOC or related role.
• Experience with SMS/MMS and Voice technologies.
• Understanding of IP networking principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• ITIL Foundation certification (desired).
• Experience with data analysis tools (desired).
• Experience with ticketing systems (desired).
• Experience with scripting languages (desired).
