Director, Product Management - Efficiency Operations - Remote

Overview

This position is needed to lead the next generation of internal AI products that elevate every customer interaction. You will own and expand our flagship initiatives, the Customer Help Center Assistant plus our Sales, Ops, and Support Copilots, transforming advanced language models, predictive analytics, and automation into intuitive tools that boost user productivity, shorten resolution times, and delight both employees and customers.

In Short

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions.
• Conduct requirements elicitation and produce prioritized BRDs.
• Manage a team of product managers and foster a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 12+ years in technical product management.
• 5+ years in management, leading a team.
• Experience leading a project management office.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies for business automation.
• Fluency in cloud architectures and APIs.
• Experience with customer service technologies.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Empathy for users and a passion for process improvement.
