In Short

• Work in partnership with the recruitment manager and internal managers.
• Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment.
• Improve and implement the current recruitment process.
• Assess candidate profiles and conduct interviews.
• Responsible for high volume candidate recruitment.
• Setup a recruitment pipeline and publish job ads.
• Network with potential hires through social media.
• Collaborate with department heads on qualifications.
• Guide candidates through the application process.
• Analyze recruitment software and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires.
• Experience recruiting high volume candidates (ex. 100 per month).
• Must be willing to work the night shift.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Experience using Workable preferred.
• Experience hiring educators preferred.
• Experience expanding recruitment initiatives preferred.
