Senior Construction Scheduler – Program Advisory (Data Center Portfolio) - Remote

Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Construction Scheduler to join our Program Advisory team, supporting a high-value, multi-site data center construction portfolio.

In Short

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the owner’s program.
• Implement schedule management frameworks for large-scale capital programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders.
• Prepare baseline schedules and supporting documentation.
• Analyze schedule impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor deviations and support corrective action plans.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
• Generate and present schedule progress reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of scope changes and schedule risks.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls.
• Experience in Program Advisory roles for multi-project portfolios.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Understanding of data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
