Construction Project Scheduler (M&E / Data Centers) - Remote

Overview

As a Construction Scheduler at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of multiple projects, working in collaboration with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Requirements

• 2 - 10 years of Construction Project Planning/Scheduling experience.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry and MEP planning.
• Data Center project experience including MEP packages.
• Relevant construction-related college degree.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Able to analyze construction sequences and resolve coordination issues.
• Dynamic approach to dealing with people and influencing decisions.
• Able to coach management and non-specialists.
• 4D Construction software experience is advantageous.
• Willing to travel semi-regularly to project locations across the US.
