The Senior Change Manager’s role is to manage organizational change and promote end-user adoption in a data center construction environment.

Requirements

• Prosci Change Practitioner certification required.

• Minimum of 6 years in organizational change management.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and articulate solutions.
• Experience in creating reports and presentations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and relationship management.
• History of leading successful projects.
