Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex construction projects within a life sciences portfolio, overseeing the planning, design, and execution of large-scale biopharmaceutical facilities and research labs.

• Define project scope and objectives by gathering business requirements and stakeholder input.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate design efforts with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Lead engineering and construction teams through all project phases.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and serve as liaison between client and professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Implement and uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience managing design and construction of facilities.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality, complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to present to senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Consulting experience preferred.
