In Short

• Assist in drafting and redlining commercial contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and MSAs.
• Review, proof, and summarize agreements.
• Prepare agreements for signature and ensure smooth execution via DocuSign.
• File and maintain contracts in the contracts lifecycle management system.
• Support activities related to the intake and review of legal deliverables.
• Create and update contract workflows for various business verticals.
• Develop and streamline contract lifecycles.
• Interface with multiple teams to optimize legal processes.
• Assist in long-term projects to improve legal team performance.
• Help create presentation materials and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as a paralegal in an in-house legal department, preferably in media.
• Paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and legal software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
• Collaborative work style.
