• Manage and optimize the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) and corporate credit card programs.
• Enhance expense visibility and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams for process optimization.
• Review and approve expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries related to T&E expenses.
• Assist with month-end close and financial audits.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop training materials.
• Analyze spending trends for cost-saving opportunities.
• Support business travel event management.
• Administer corporate T&E cards, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in expense management or financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expense management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
