Trustly is looking to add a Product Manager, Bank Verification Services to our growing Product team. In this role, you will be focused on the Bank Connect and Verification product portfolio, which are leveraged across several of our top partner merchants. In Short

  • Drive roadmap recommendations in your domain, ensuring adoption across Trustly’s merchant partners.
  • Create mockups, write functional specs, create flow charts, and write copy to effectively communicate across the organization.
  • Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your product/feature ideas.
  • Own Connect and Verification Solutions roadmaps to increase conversion, drive adoption, and user satisfaction.
  • Define and report key product metrics in collaboration with our BI team.
  • Provide product support and train internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with merchants to improve products for their use cases.
  • Work with UX Design and Research team to conduct user research.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in Open Banking, account linking, or identity/verification products.
  • Familiarity with bank account verification methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Empathy for users and a drive to resolve their pain points.
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on time-to-market.
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus.
  • Familiarity with security and identity concepts is a plus.
