Overview

The Product Manager - Merchant Services is responsible for managing, building, and launching new merchant services products in assigned customer segment(s) to drive revenue growth that aligns with business growth.

• Drive merchant services products for assigned customer segment(s).
• Collaborate with partners to drive job initiatives and product integrations.
• Lead the onboarding process for new partners.
• Define and execute product strategy, including pricing models and profitability analysis.
• Manage product P&L.
• Identify and evaluate potential vertical solutions.
• Support commercialization and marketing efforts by training stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across sales, development, and operations teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 8 years in product management or solutions consulting.
• Strong technical background in payment gateway APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing partnerships with fintech companies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Agile development tools like Jira and Figma.
• Thorough knowledge of software programs including Word and Excel.
