The ideal candidate will not only be highly ClickUp-savvy but also capable of understanding, mapping, and redesigning real business processes, turning them into efficient, automated workflows.

In Short

• Audit and clean up the current ClickUp workspace to improve usability.
• Rethink, redesign, and remodel existing workflows and dashboards.
• Build and implement automated workflows in ClickUp.
• Connect and integrate AI tools to automate tasks.
• Create custom dashboards for visibility into client deliverables.
• Collaborate with accounting and compliance teams.
• Create and document SOPs for internal governance.
• Provide training to team members on new workflows.
• Continuously test and refine workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with ClickUp and workflow automation.
• Skilled in automation tools like Zapier and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
• Experience integrating Slack and Box.com into workflows.
• Familiarity with accounting and compliance workflows (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles; certifications are a bonus.
