• Develop and execute a global SEO roadmap to improve rankings and traffic.
• Conduct audits, keyword research, and performance tracking.
• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy across key markets.
• Manage localization, A/B testing, and in-app events.
• Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms.
• Optimize for cost-effective installs, retention, and user quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams on growth initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards and monitor KPIs for performance reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing with experience in SEO, ASO, and performance media.
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Firebase, and Sensor Tower.
• Experience in crypto/Web3 or high-growth mobile product environments.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on action and experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
