Tech Lead (Go/React) - Technology - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Tech Lead/Full-stack Engineer with a strong focus on backend development in Golang to help scale and evolve our global Voice Platform.

In Short

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance backend services.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
• Contribute to frontend development using React when needed.
• Drive code quality through code reviews and mentoring.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Golang.
• 3+ years of experience with React.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Comfortable in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
