Overview

The technology team is seeking a skilled and quality-focused Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Lead Data Engineering team.

In Short

• Collaborate with data engineers to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for data pipelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Conduct performance and load testing for data pipelines.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline.
• Work closely with data engineers to understand pipeline architecture.
• Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
