Senior Full-stack Engineer (PHP) - Fintech - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will build the technology to support millions of customers worldwide. Our unique locking technology combines our proprietary “secret sauce” and the effective use of data to give users credit-based products in emerging markets.

In Short

• Code software primarily in PHP, Javascript/Vue/AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Use and manage relational SQL databases.
• Understand the importance of customer data and build data-driven products.
• Work with global engineering teams and partners.
• Build independently and take ownership of features.
• Grow the engineering team and provide mentorship.
• Participate in code reviews and work in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in designing and building RESTful services and APIs.
• Good understanding of integration with 3rd party payment providers.
• Knowledge of data streaming solutions and caching solutions.
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
