Overview

The Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage vendor invoice processing, payment posting, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

In Short

• Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
• Ensure accurate vendor invoice and payment processing.
• Lead payment posting in the ERP system.

• Monthly 1099 Maintenance Reconciliation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field OR 5+ years of AP experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
