Overview

The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities.

In Short

  • Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Request vendor account statements and perform reconciliations.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
