Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator - Marketing and Advertising - Remote

Overview

Seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor invoice processing, payment posting, AP mailbox oversight, and cross-functional coordination with finance teams.

In Short

• Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, ensuring all emails are addressed timely.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing.
• Lead the posting of payments in the ERP system/payment processing.
• Coordinate internally with other Finance functions to troubleshoot issues.
• Regularly review vendor statements to ensure alignment with vendors.
• Assist with team training & development.
• Daily review and submission of invoices for timely posting.
• Monthly 1099 Maintenance Reconciliation and assist with issuing 1099 forms.
• Provide audit support & file management.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field OR 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strategic priority setting and exceptional time management.
