Overview

CRB is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Market Engagement team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and organizer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has experience supporting pursuit efforts in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.

In Short

• Collaborate with business development, technical and marketing team members across the company.
• Maintain CRB’s marketing library with pursuit-related content.
• Lead the compilation of CRB’s responses to RFIs companywide.
• Support the development and coordination of proposal responses.
• Develop sales collateral with compelling content.
• Provide quality assurance reviews for marketing materials.
• Support workload planning and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• Minimum of four years of marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Experience responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Advanced graphics, document layout, editing, and proofreading skills.
