True Environmental is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HRIS & Compliance Specialist to maintain the integrity of employee data and own compliance-related processes and reporting, ensuring smooth transitions and clean data intake for newly acquired companies.

In Short

• Maintain employee data across HR systems like Paylocity and Deltek.
• Integrate newly acquired companies into existing HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop and implement standardized SOPs for HR data management.
• Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Manage user roles and data security across platforms.
• Support audit readiness for government contracts.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests accurately and quickly.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams for data needs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within HR.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity (required).
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements.
• Experience auditing employee data across systems.
• Strong skills in developing SOPs and documentation.
• Proven project management abilities.
• 3+ years experience in Excel.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
