Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will assist clients and help them understand and determine their individual commercial line service needs, ultimately providing extraordinary customer service.

• Responsible for servicing a commercial book of business.
• Maintain productive business relations with clients and underwriters.
• Ensure clients have continuous and proper coverage.
• Review current policies and provide placement recommendations.
• Cross-sell to achieve company growth goals.
• Research and reconcile discrepancies in coverage.
• Participate in new business development and renewal retention.
• Prepare specifications and underwriting data for marketing insurance products.
• Produce business proposals and deliver presentations to clients.

Requirements

• Valid P&C broker license.
• 2 years of experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
• Developing knowledge of commercial insurance markets.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
