Overview

OneDigital is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Account Manager to service existing clients and help develop new client relationships. This role is essential in ensuring client success and satisfaction.

• Build strong relationships with clients to maintain and acquire business.
• Process new and renewal business, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
• Correspond professionally with insurance companies and clients.
• Answer client questions regarding insurance coverages and needs.

• Look for opportunities to make new sales and cross-sell.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.
• High school diploma or two years of college/insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze insurance coverages and policies.
