Overview

Troveo is building the next-generation data platform to train AI video models and is seeking a Commercial & Copyright Counsel to lead the company's contract and licensing activity.

In Short

• Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Emphasis on content and data licensing agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from a top-tier law school.
• Membership in good standing with a US state bar.
• At least seven years of legal experience, primarily at a law firm.
• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Expertise in copyright law, especially in licensing.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision.
