Project Manager - Remote

Overview

TRISTAR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in supporting our government customer at NSWC Crane. This role offers a primarily remote work environment, with the expectation that the candidate will attend meetings at NSWC Crane (Indiana) as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in electronic warfare and project management, contributing to critical modernization and system support initiatives.

In Short

• Provide technical support for modernization efforts, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic warfare systems.
• Verify system performance and conduct assessments to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage and coordinate CASREPs, OBTAs, and CSSQTs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Document technical processes, test results, and system performance data accurately.
• Attend meetings at NSWC Crane (Indiana) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic warfare systems and support.
• Fiber optic certification in all modules, including Quality Assurance (QA).
• Proven experience managing technical projects in a government or defense environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and system verification skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
