Program Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

TRISTAR is seeking a Program Finance Analyst for their upcoming Corporate Office in Bloomington, IN, offering a fully remote position. The analyst will support program management in all financial aspects of government contracts.

In Short

• Support program management and task leads in financial aspects of government contracts.
• Track multiple lines of funding and expenditures.
• Budgeting, projecting, and variance analysis using financial tools.
• Update financial tools with changes including contractual modifications.
• Routinely report financial status to customers.
• Communicate updates with program management that impact finances.
• Attend meetings and coordinate financial presentations.
• Responsible for project control functions throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze and monitor financial data for multiple projects.
• Assist Program Managers with project purchase requests and subcontract invoices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Federal Government contracting as a Project/Financial Control analyst.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
• BA or BS Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
