Overview

The Program Finance Analyst III is a mid-level professional position responsible for providing program cost management and financial analysis support on Contracts, Task Orders, and Delivery Orders for a variety of Program Managers.

In Short

• Coordinate the development of yearly financial plan and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze program performance data and monitor actuals, ETC, and EAC.
• Coordinate with Program Management and Contracts Teams for invoicing and reporting.
• Update program budgets and schedules to incorporate contract modifications.
• Provide cost estimating support for Task Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Prepare monthly accrual and contract billing files.
• Compile financial information for monthly program reviews.
• Oversee contract purchasing activities and ensure compliance.
• Support new project accounting tracking.
• Research and analyze variances impacting financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business with accounting emphasis.
• 5+ years of previous accounting experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a government contracting environment.
• US citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experience tracking financial performance for multiple task orders.
• High proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
