Project Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

Encore Renewable Energy is seeking a highly motivated Project Finance Analyst to contribute to financial analysis across corporate and project finance activities, focusing on clean energy solutions.

In Short

• Support financial modeling and decision making for project finance investments.
• Lead creation and presentation of materials for investment committees.
• Assess project investments and build presentations for leadership.
• Support monthly reporting processes to capital partners.
• Participate in financing transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Support business development in pricing project offtake opportunities.
• Perform financial forecasting and operational metrics tracking.
• Identify process improvements and create reports and dashboards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in project finance, M&A, or principal investing.
• Understanding of US project finance concepts and experience in modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in solar and energy storage technologies.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Excellent communication skills and organized workflow.
• High integrity and emotional intelligence.
• Team player willing to assist across the organization.
