Project Finance Associate/Sr Associate/Manager - Remote

Overview

Encore Renewable Energy is a leading integrated clean energy services company focused on developing and operating sustainable solar PV systems and energy storage applications. We seek a highly motivated individual to manage financial analysis across corporate and project finance activities.

In Short

• Support financial modeling and decision making across project finance investments.
• Participate in financing transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Manage the company’s consolidated portfolio model for cash flow projections.
• Support business development team in project offtake opportunities.
• Assess project investments and build presentations for leadership.
• Manage financial modeling aspects of monthly reporting to capital partners.
• Identify process improvements and create reports and dashboards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in a transaction-oriented role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint.
• Transactional experience in U.S. distributed generation solar and storage is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
• Understanding of the U.S. tax equity market and project finance considerations.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and independent work capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
