Project Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Project Financial Analyst has for objective to track and report on the profitability of projects. This role involves collaboration with project teams, clients and internal departments to ensure the financial performance and high quality of clinical research project management services.

• Review and understand client agreements and convert them into the internal cost structure.
• Create and configure projects in the project management and financial systems.
• Ensure revenue and expenses are recognized based on Canadian GAAP and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed project financial reports.
• Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and financial implications.
• Produce consolidated projects reports and presentations for management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Professional judgment and proven interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of the tools of the Microsoft Windows suite.
• Comfortable working in an environment in constant evolution.
