Overview

The Community Moderator will cultivate a safe and vibrant space for meaningful language exchange, ensuring respectful and engaging interactions in line with our Community Guidelines.

In Short

Responsible for reviewing member reports and new applications.
Respond to members' questions promptly.
Collaborate with the community team to resolve reported issues.
Proficient in English, with a strong command of other languages (preferably Turkish).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive problem solver with interest in mobile apps and software tools.
Familiarity with content moderation and customer support experience is a plus.
Must own a laptop or desktop with stable internet.
Flexible scheduling with weekend work included.
60-65 hours per month.

Requirements

Strong command of English and other languages.
Prior experience in customer support or content moderation.
Ability to send invoices monthly.
Interest in community engagement.
Ability to work remotely.
