Teacher Assistant for Software Engineering Program - Remote

Overview

TripleTen is a remote-first organization dedicated to empowering individuals to master tech professions through bootcamps in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering.

In Short

• Act as a senior peer for new students in the Software Engineering program.
• Guide and motivate students through beginner material and first few sprints.
• Host weekly group coworking sessions via Discord.
• Conduct 1-1 video sessions to explain material and assist with tasks.
• Communicate daily with students through text and video calls.
• Answer questions and provide support for various software tools.
• Be available 5 days a week for 8 hours per day.
• Must have completed the Software Engineering program.
• Good level of spoken and written English is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering is necessary.

Requirements

• Availability from 2pm to 11pm EST, Mon-Fri.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and empathetic communication.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node, and Express.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for helping others learn.
