Overview

As a Software Engineering Tutor at TripleTen, you will support students in mastering software engineering concepts through our 8-month program, utilizing an AI Learning Assistant to enhance the learning experience.

In Short

• Help students with no prior experience navigate the software engineering curriculum.
• Answer student questions and provide guidance on projects via Discord.
• Validate and correct AI Learning Assistant responses.
• Communicate with students 5 days a week during specified hours.
• Possess a good level of written English for effective communication.
• Report feedback on AI bot performance and student needs.
• Encourage and support students in their learning journey.
• Participate in team communications regarding student progress.
• Receive training to improve tutoring skills and communication.
• Engage in a cross-cultural work environment with networking opportunities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus.
• Familiarity with Discord is beneficial.
• Ability to break down complex problems for students.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
