Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or short-form video production.
• Portfolio demonstrating growth in views or engagement.
• Experience with talent sourcing via freelance platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong storytelling and scripting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in video performance analysis.
• Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
