In Short

• Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists.
• Hire, onboard, motivate and control the performance of your sales team.
• Implement changes in the workflow with the Head of Sales.
• Conduct group trainings and individual coaching sessions.
• Ensure team sales goals are met for the LATAM market.
• Follow processes and regulations in CRM.
• Provide reports on team performance.

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Advanced level of English (B1/C1).
• 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• Data analysis skills.
• Experience coaching and guiding sales teams.
• Strong soft and communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM.
• Highly motivated and target-driven professional.
• Experience in Education, Ed-tech, Tech, SaaS, or Real Estate is a plus.

Benefits

• Basic payment of 1700 USD Gross + commissions.
• Overall payment is up to 3500 USD Gross per month.
