• The LX Product Manager will drive the creation and scaling of learning programs that meet market needs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the academy product portfolio.
• Conduct market and learner research to shape product vision.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning and lead attraction.
• Track and analyze product quality metrics and student feedback.
• Support sales in analyzing client requests and defining launch tasks.
• Develop success indicators for products and monitor post-launch quality.
• Coordinate launch activities with various teams.
• Measure course and client satisfaction through metrics like NPS and CSAT.
• Manage budgets and product economics effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in education or EdTech.
• Strong background in market research, analytics, and business strategy.
• Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
