Instructional Designer (Career Stream) - Remote

Overview

TripleTen is dedicated to helping people from diverse backgrounds build sustainable careers in tech through digital re-skilling programs. We are looking for a Learning Experience (LX) Designer with proven experience in EdTech or bootcamp environments to work on a project focused on developing and implementing content for the career stream module.

In Short

• Design and adapt learning materials for the career stream.
• Implement content in the LMS.
• Set up and maintain training courses and modules.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and instructional designers.
• Test and improve the learning user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and adapting learning materials.
• Proficiency in working with LMS and digital tools (Miro, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira).
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Spanish (nice to have).
• Experience in EdTech projects (nice to have).
• Skills in visualization and storytelling for learning (nice to have).
