Data Science Mentor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced data scientist to mentor students in our Data Science program by reviewing their projects and providing constructive feedback to help them succeed in their careers.

In Short

• Review student projects and provide feedback on their code.
• Decide on credit for assignments based on code quality.
• Provide advice on code improvement and identify inaccuracies.
• Must dedicate at least 10 hours a week.
• Experience in Python and machine learning is required.
• Intermediate English and proficient Spanish are necessary.

Requirements

• Experience as an analyst using Python.
• Over a year of experience with machine learning projects.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Sklearn.
• Ability to conduct code reviews while managing primary job responsibilities.
• Experience in mentoring and conducting webinars.
• Training in code review and communication techniques.
