Data Science Mentor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced data scientist to mentor our students and help them become professional developers.

In Short

• Lead a cohort of students through Data Analytics programs.
• Conduct video webinars once or twice a week.
• Engage in chats with students.
• Host live-coding sessions every two weeks.
• Moderate and consult colleagues in the student experience team.
• +3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and statistics.
• Intermediate English and proficient Spanish required.
• Remote cooperation with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience working as a data analyst.
• Professional level knowledge of Python.
• +1 year experience with SQL.
• Experience with data wrangling libraries.
• Readiness to dedicate 10-15 hours a week.
• Training in mentoring and communication techniques.
• Ability to teach while performing primary job.
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration.
