Fuss & O’Neill is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Financial Operations team, focusing on project set-up, billing, and close-out phases to enhance community quality of life.

• Work as part of the Financial Operations team.
• Execute project set-up, billing, and close-out phases.
• Utilize Deltek® Vantagepoint for project management.
• Issue project invoices and track accounts receivable.

• Participate in Agreement Exception Review meetings.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of administrative or accounting support experience.
• Intermediate skills in Deltek® Vantagepoint or similar software.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in data entry and project management.
