The IT Infrastructure and Support Manager leads all IT operations and systems for the Americas region, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT services.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT operations or infrastructure management experience.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and enterprise-level systems.
• Experience in Azure migration and infrastructure management.
• Strong technical background in network administration and IT security principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage vendor negotiations and service contracts.
• Experience in user support and team leadership.
• Knowledge of data integration and analytics support.
