• You have a proven track record (ideally 3+ years) in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment.
• You have deep knowledge of the Indian tech talent market and understand the nuances of salary expectations.
• You are comfortable jumping on calls to screen candidates and evaluate technical talent effectively.
• You are available to kick off this project within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
• You will have the autonomy to manage your own day and the trust to deliver results your way.
• You’ll be interacting with smart, engaged stakeholders who value efficiency and a data-driven approach.
