Junior Talent Sourcer (German Speaker) - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in redefining recruitment by pairing innovation with a human touch, working within a fully remote team across Europe and South Africa.

In Short

• Source suitable candidates through various channels.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Engage with different types of candidates.
• Measure and record conversion rates.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming candidates.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (minimum C1).
• Based in EMEA or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours).
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of sourcing experience.
• Solid track record in sourcing for EMEA/DACH markets.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools is a plus.
