Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Solution Architect to join our team. This professional will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, architect solutions, and implement modern Big Data platform technologies.

In Short

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals, data architecture, and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions that leverage Starburst products.
• Develop architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans for customer projects.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of Starburst solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers.
• Train and upskill external personnel on Starburst Products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Stay current on industry trends and data management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in technical roles such as solution architect, data engineer, or software engineer.
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with distributed query engines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is a plus.
• Experience with open-source technologies is a plus.
• Experience delivering technical training is a plus.
• Fluent English is required for daily communication.
