In Short

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale data platform projects.
Guide technical teams through data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
Identify opportunities for automation and performance optimization.
Set up clients' data platforms with industry best practices and robust security standards.
Manage multiple customer engagements to ensure timely project delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor on data platform optimization.
Partner with sales, engineering, and support teams for seamless project delivery.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Embrace best practices and contribute to the evolution of data platforms.
Foster a culture of technological curiosity, ownership, and trust.

Requirements

10 years of experience in architecting and managing cloud-native data platforms.
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
Extensive experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake and Redshift.
Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Snowflake ecosystems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Expertise with data integration tools such as AWS Data Migration Services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Certifications like Snowflake SnowPro Core are a plus.
Experience using Python for task automation is preferred.
